Okay so there’s the average deer feeding to draw them into an area during hunting season.  And in some states it’s still legal to bait but in Minnesota it’s illegal mostly because of Chronic Wasting Disease. 

But in our story today a woman in Colorado is charged for feeding deer inside her home using human food!  What was she thinking??  The max fine is $100 per incident in Colorado, so I guess if you really want the thrill of a buck in your living room it won’t break you, but I think eventually you’re going to be reminded in a very real way that they are not pets and that buck might rip your house apart.  Check out this video from the Colorado Parks department.

These egregious acts of feeding wildlife need to stop. It is selfish and dangerous, for both the animals and people, plus it is illegal.
