Loon Tube: A Guy Lassos A Tiger Running Loose On A Street In Mexico

It doesn’t get any more random than this.  A bystander in a car shot video of a guy using a lasso to corral a TIGER that was roaming the streets near Jalisco, Mexico.  According to a report, the tiger escaped from a private home.
